The format includes lecture, video, discussion, and private couple exercises.
What the Workshop is Not:
- It is not therapy
- It is not an event for open sharing of personal or relational problems. All exercises and discussions will occur independently and privately between you and your partner. It is psycho-educational, meaning that it was designed to serve as teaching and guidance for you and is not couples therapy.

Jill White-Huffman, LCMHC, MFT is a Gottman Educator for the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Program. She has also completed Level 1 in Gottman’s Method Couple's Therapy.
