"Let’s Stay Together" Couples Boot Camp is preparation for those who want to renew their connection and give their relationship personalized attention. It is a combination of training aimed at preparing couples for all elements of service: physical, emotional, and mental.
The Boot Camp experience is great for those who want a quick and convenient way to disconnect from the everyday shuffle and practice being present with their partner.
Jill desires to guide you as you journey from the past to a peaceful present and hopeful future! Reflection and Insight: Being equipped with the tools to handle relationship challenges early on will ensure you prepare your relationship for success at all stages.

This workshop is for Couples Dating, Newlyweds, or Couples in a Crisis or Desperate Situation, and is open to exploring ways in an Informative Group Educational Setting.

This workshop is a chance for both parties to learn techniques and tools for managing conflict, developing communication, and enhancing mindfulness in the relationship.
Jill Educates and Demonstrates Strategies with couples in recovery toward discovering and developing the tools necessary to:
- Build trust while openly sharing their needs to avoid stressful situations.
- Address recurring conflicts by responding constructively, promoting positive outcomes instead of withdrawing or avoiding one another.
- Communicate honestly about critical issues and deeper hurts while working to understand the root causes of their problems.
- Revise their communication patterns and explore possible changes to reignite their love for each other instead of feeling hopelessly stuck.
- Achieve lasting success through consistent practices.
NOTE: The workshop features presentations, discussions, practical tools and resources, and hands-on exercises that are unique and experiential for couples. Participants are never pressured or required to share their stories or sensitive information in this group setting. Sharing is entirely up to them.
